The deck was originally meant to be a RW control-styled deck, with a finishing combo conisting of Nahiri, the Harbinger + Gisela, Blade of Goldnight along with some burn spells or any creatures remaining on the battlefield. Basically, the deck aims for a high-damage finishing combo. I later added combos such as the infamous Blasphemous Act + Boros Reckoner , Assemble the Legion + Purphoros, God of the Forge (less reliable) and Aurelia, the Warleader with any combination of 2 other creatures from the deck (especially Gisela, Blade of Goldnight if possible). Furthermore I was inspired by some interesting cards such as Tajic, Blade of the Legion , Firemane Avenger , Reverberate and much more.
A quick walk-through some of the less trivial cards:

Boros Charm: Burn and can safe your board against wraths.

Lightning Helix: Burn and lifegain.

Reverberate: This spell has got some interesting options - it can be used to copy one of your own spells such as Tormenting voice, efficiently letting you draw aditional 2 cards without having to discard, or it could be used to counter a counterspell.

Bonfire of the Damned: Burn and possibly one sided board clear in one, but it's very circumstantial.

Reforge the Soul: Effective card draw even without the miracle cost. Depending on your opponent's card advantage, it could either help them or work as an effective discard effect in your advantage.

Assemble the Legion: Effective token generator - supports the batallion effect on creatures like Firemane Avenger and synergises very well with Purphoros, God of the Forge. However, it's expensive and very vulnerable to enchantment removal.

Chandra, Pyromaster: No particulary good reason.

Aurelia, the Warleader: Effectively a 6/4 with haste and flying 6-cost. Furthermore its ability to tricker combat twice is so strong with battalion effects.

Boros Reckoner: As mentioned above Boros reckoner + Blasphemous act. It's also a very valuable creature in itself.

Firemane Avenger: Works very well with battalion effect - works effectively as a lightning helix. Very bad creature, without battalion trigger.

Tajic, Blade of the Legion: 4-cost 2/2 indestructible, not super exciting in itself but together with Assemble the legion it suddenly becomes a bomb, that is very hard to get rid of without removal such as Path to exile.

Thalia's Lancers: For fetching legendaries.

Purphoros, God of the Forge: Combined with Assemble the Legion this card can do some significant damage.

Spark Trooper: 2x Lightning Helix, however It is pretty vulnerable to cheap removal.

Deflecting Palm: Against deck with some heavy hitters, this can not only keep you alive, but might very well steal the game - getting an opponent low, and have them hit themselves with their Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger is not that uncommon.
