This deck was designed to feel like a sub type of commander. The "Monarch" mechanic furthers this game plan. I've played and tweaked it a few times. Each time it was a blast for my playgroup. Mostly a casual deck, the main idea is to convince the other players to kill one another through my walling up, or through politics. Usually it's a combination of both. It's a good time if you just want a small twist on the commander format without changing a bunch of rules around. Most of the card choices are for flavor, so if it seems like there might be a stronger option, there probably is.
