The deck's main premise is to play changelings and play off of a number of powerful tribal/lord effects.

Lord of the Unreal grants hexproof to all the changelings,Mayor of Avabruck   has the option to make wolf tokens provide a higher creature count, Harabaz Druid can pump ridiculous amounts of mana into Mirror Entity, and Mirror Entitiy serves as a great finnisher by turning the team 6/6's or even 8/8's. Reaper King turns all of our changelings into Vindicates. And last but not least, Galerider Sliver is a cheap way to grant evasion to all of our attackers. However, the best part of this deck is that it is a five color Modern deck that has all of its lands come into play untapped; no need to take damage from this mana base!

I'm not entirely sure about what the side board should hold, or if there are more optimal creature lords/changelings/tribal-effects to use, so comments and help would be greatly appreciated!

I have been looking at Sliver Hivelord as a big attacker and making the team indestructible as a very real option. I have also been flirting with the idea of more tribal lands like Cavern of Souls and Haven of the Spirit Dragon to add some extra utility.
