Actually Abundant Growth seems superior in G/W, as it's available to your colors. But if you wanted to splash black, you might actually be able to pull off Vraska the Unseen . 3x multipliers ultimating w/ Parallel Lives (3 assassins, 6 assassins, 9, etc.) and Champion of Lambholt would make the assassins unblockable. Just a thought.

Collective Blessing is good if you don't think you can win before turn 6 lol. I think this deck is plenty good without it. Basically what i'm trying to say is test it out

I will try out Chromatic Lantern but I love the card draw Abundant Growth brings. I have been looking at ways to utilize Vraska the Unseen by making the assassins unblockable so I'll try that out. Splashing black would give me access to Sorin, Lord of Innistrad too. Making it more colours is more expensive though, guess I'll just suck it up

that is a great idea I thought the best way to abuse vraska would be in a superfriends build but this is so much better, great interactions to get the assassins through and +1 from me. I would replace Gather the Townsfolk with something more versitile like Abrupt Decay or Oblivion Ring for a little board control against artifact/enchantments or other Planewalkers.

also im not as keen on Champion of Lambholt he seems difficult to play early game with the double green and the growth enchantment seems very situational and the draw is nice but it turns into a card that doesn't ramp mana and turns it self into a cantrip that is not as good in a deck like this it is better when you have a deck stacking or hand manipulating element along with control like cards where this deck aggros over control.

The general sideboard at FNM will be gather for oblivion but gather is good for some early game tokens. I might remove one or two and play around with numbers. As fir the champion hey are not going anywhere. Just an incredible card and perfect in this deck. Abundant growth allows for mana fixing which is a big thing with three colours. I will be playing around with numbers once i get time though. Thanks for the input

Because of your manabase - and also in general - you should replace card:Trostani, Selesnya's Voice with Vitu-Ghazi Guildmage . It has the ability to generate it's own token, making it better than Trostani if you have nothing else on the field, and it's proliferate ability only costs 1 mana more - mana that you'd have if you had Trostani on the field - and doesn't cause it to tap.
Because it only costs 2 colored mana, not 4, it's just easier to cast in general.

Yes its one of the best GWb tokens i have seen around here for now, some questions
Its really viable parallel lives as 2 in the deck?, until now the actual std didnt need it, it worked well only with haunting, souls, folks and token generator planeswalkers, i will test without them x rancors
3 entreats? You dont ramp so its hard to make it overpower miracle, i will test the increased devotion first
Plase dont play grim backwoods, i played in std, modern and commander its not worth the mana cost sac a creature x 1 card, its better altar's reap, if you want to sac a creature for cards at instant speed
Vitu-ghazi guild mage its also viable for long games

Sorry for the lack of responses guys, internet has been a rarity for me lately. I agree with you guys on Vitu-Ghazi Guildmage and it has been added. I still want to keep one card:Trostani, Selesnya's Voice in for the life gain and more populate. I also changed a bunch of other stuff as you can see to make this purely a token build. I found Champion of Lambholt too slow at FNM when I took an old version of this deck so I opted for more token producers and for Selesnya Charm . Let me know opinions.

Halo's Flood are similar to how Jarad describe the swarm...I don't really know what I could suggest for this deck. Do you want to keep the Parallel Lives? A Midnight Haunting main and another Trostani would make up for it well enough.

If that was a good at the reference then no thats not it. It actually has nothing to do with magic. The parallel lives seems to work pretty good in this deck especially with the planeswalkers. I will probably make a choice between it ans growing ranks eventually though because i dont want 4 4 drop enchantments. If you have an opinion on what to keep id love to hear it

I was going to guess Halo as well, but I also thought of a song... (insert musical notes here) 'Here comes the sun.."

You are along the right lines with the song but it's not Here Comes the Sun. Good guess though

... So, I'll say it since nobody else seems to have noticed.
Godless Shrine isn't Standard. You can't use it.

@ D2r2b: I've tried Angel of Jubilation and she just didn't work.
@ zandl: I'm aware of that. I have it in for the when gatecrash hits because it's getting reprinted. For now I just use 2 more plains and 2 more forests.
October 21, 2012 8:15 p.m.
So...... Then why confuse people and say it's Standard, and then have to explain to them that you know it's not (even though your deck says it is)?
Or is it really that much of a burden to use T/O's deck editor?
October 21, 2012 8:19 p.m.
hollandboys says... #24
It's not a burden I just figured I would playtest with what I want the deck to be in the long run and make changes from there rather than playtest within my confinements
October 21, 2012 8:36 p.m.
Playtesting with some of a new set is pointless. There will inevitably be new cards you'll want to add in, so why pretend like you know what the deck will be now when it'll change considerably before Gatecrash is released?

Also, what do people think about Collective Blessing ?
