Minotaurs are cheap, but very aggressive and seemingly uncommon in many play groups. I had gotten all the cool minotaurs as soon as I could once I saw Ragemonger and Kragma Warcaller when Theros came out. The deck went through several different stages including one where I had all my cool Rakdos control cards in it. Initially this is what I meant to do (make it all creatures) and recently I decided to make the update. It works way better than it ever did with control cards simply for the fact that it is so aggressive.

No matter what I start with I always end up doing about 6-8 damage turn 4 followed by 15+ on turn five. 24 lands allows me to play a land every turn so that I can play another minotaur or 2 or 3 every turn.
