I'm fairly new to magic, and trying to build a decent post origins standard control deck. I've decided to stay out of the dragon theme. I'm also trying to keep it fairly budget. Suggestions are welcome!

The play is pretty simple, handle the threats with your counterspells and removal. Find your kothopheds and your demonic pacts with card draw and dark petition. Finally bring the pacts back to your hand before you lose with disperse and silumgar's command.

Also added, some duresses and negate for the control matchup and infinite oblietration against things like siege rhino and deathmist raptor.
