Podless Pod? (Modern MTG Deck)

I need help making this deck a better in terms of speed. Some of my card choices might not be optimized either. Being a combo deck is the main theme with a alternate win condition being aggro. The deck is a Green-Black deck that abuses the mechanic of persist and the interaction with Melira, Sylvok Outcast and a sacrifice outlet to kick off the combo. The card used for the outlet is Viscera Seer. The creatures with persist that I am using are Kitchen Finks and Murderous Redcap. The support cards that I use to increase the deck speed is Collected Company. The only problem with it is that it doesn't get me the murderous redcap to combo off and kill my opponent. Some time has past and I have finally managed to get my hands on some cards. I have added another chord of calling and decided on using blood artist. I like the thought of using it so far. A lot of people at my venue have told me that the deck plays like junk. I have decided that they are using the deck called junk instead of calling it bad. With these new editions, I hope that my deck can compete with the other decks.
