The general point is to make myself and my opponents draw a great amount with them taking pain from drawing, preferably with Nekusar. The discard mechanic is included to hopefully make them discard those draws they are drawing before being able to play them. As a side note of sorts some mill cards have been included (the main ones of which, Jace's Erasure, for instance work alongside the other two).

Win conditions: Massive plinkage due to card draw + Big creatures like Consuming Aberration for damage win or a mill.
