Spellbreaker Behemoth would be nice as well as things like Door of Destinies and Urza's Incubator and there is NO WAY you can have a good tribal hydra deck without Doubling Season

lol Np man also Rancor might be useful or Ring of Kalonia as for ramp.... maybe Rites of Flourishing ? or Exploration ? also mana rocks are amazing especially for those x costs. stuff like Sol Ring and Thran Dynamo .

MelonGator You're really helping this deck out. Rancor was added Ring of Kalonia and the Sol Ring and Thran Dynamo . I only really removed what I felt as fuller cards or didn't work well with the deck. With Rites of Flourishing I don't want the other players getting another card

You could also consider (once it's released) the new Khans card Hardened Scales Free +1/+1 for everything you summon isn't bad, especially with all the doubling abilities you have.

Excellent Idea! Love the theme.For mana ramp, have you considered Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary or Rosheen Meanderer ? They sadly aren't hydras, but may come in use.

RyProv Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary is way to much I also play to foil out this deck to the max with all the others arts for the hydra's it looks so cool!!!! Rosheen Meanderer I'll think about seem like a good fit in the deck.

Alpha Status , Descendants' Path , Mana Echoes , & Wild Pair all seem like they would do well here :)

Alpha Status seems like a good fit in the deck... The others meh, Descendants' Path if I pull an x mana card that card goes to the bottom I don't like that. Mana Echoes I think would work nicely. And lastly Wild Pair I played around with that card and it doesn't really do what I need it to do witch is get my x manas out with as many +1/+1 counters as I can.

My original Rosheen Meanderer deck was hydras and things like that. Be prepared for white/blue decks that flicker the cards in and out because they come back from exile with no counters... Dang Colossal Whale cleaned me out a couple games. If you want Mana Echoes to really kick in hard might I suggest also using Elemental Mastery ? Your big hydra attacks as a bajillion little guys instead of one big guy and if you happen to get Mana Echoes & Elemental Mastery out, a 5 counter hydra would tap for 5 elementals, 5x5 = 25 colorless mana added that round.
The same hydra, doubled to 10 by Xenagos or whatever gives you 100 mana.

Riptide Replicator can give you more hydras.

Mage Slayer is cheap and incredibly effective with big guys.

carpecanum There aren't to many people that play Control at my shop. So I hadn't really been thinking about that, But I know I'm not going to have a good time unless a friend kills the other guy xD Plus Price of Glory Is a big hummm nope to them. How ever I do really like the Elemental Mastery A friend of mine has a deck with many deaththochers and I hate attacking into him so that well be a welcomed addition.

Shattering Spree is going to be removed for the Mage Slayer And with Riptide Replicator I really don't know what to remove to fit that in there. Plus I still have to think about what I'm going to be removing for Hardened Scales

Good deck. Have you considered running Xenagos, God of Revels as your commander instead? Hydras usually lack haste or trample, and he solves one of those problems quite nicely.

To avoid the chump block, I would put more area trample effects in as well. Nylea, God of the Hunt or Primal Rage would be good choices.

There are some more really good cards that compliment Hyrda type creatures; Mage Slayer , Strionic Resonator (Works well with Xenagos, God of Revels and Hydras with abilities like Kalonian Hydra ), Rush of Blood , and Soul's Might all have fantastic synergy.

HeroInMyOwnMind Yeah I do run Xenagos, God of Revels as a commander some time. But in my meta at the shop Ulasht, the Hate Seed works better in the end because he doesn't get kill or put back in command spot as fast.

With Nylea, God of the Hunt and Primal Rage Thinking I may add one of both. I'm looking into removing Soul of Shandalar So Nylea maybe taking his place there. Plus I have her bow in the deck so why not have her in it to.

Mage Slayer Is in the deck already, but Strionic Resonator that's a great card thank you. I'll take the Soul's Might over the Rush of Blood because I get to keep the counters. But I'll keep Rush in mind it a good combat trick Thank you for looking at the deck dont forget to score :D

Garruk Wildspeaker Garruk, Primal Hunter Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx Dictate of Karametra and Sylvan Library all seem like they could work well in your deck.

clw22222 Not a fan of the Garruk's in this deck... Just doesn't work the way I want to it. Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx I think I have one laying around. So I'll add that and with Dictate don't like giving other people help. And with Sylvan I don't have any way to get back hp in this soooo that's a no. Thanks for posting and looking at the deck :D

You definitely need a Primal Vigor in your deck. Works just as well as Doubling Season for hydras.

Eternal Witness over Regrowth I would think.
