This is a red blue mill deck! Using mostly new cards for people like me, who have standard decks that are gonna almost completely go out of rotation once BFZ comes out. It does have a few cards that will be out of rotation when BFZ comes out, but nothing too absolutely crucial and the side board should help out on that. Criticism and ideas are welcome!

Also I recognize it's not a very cheap deck but I've found most mill can't be done well while being cheap. So I'm sorry!
