This deck combines my two favorite things: moderate control with excessively large fish, and at a budget too (thanks to ebay and cards I already had, I got the whole deck for $30).

The idea is either to use Jhoira to cheat one of my big Cthullu looking motherfuckers into play or use moderate control to stay into the game until I can play them from my hand. Suggestions are encouraged, but it'd be appreciated if you kept it budget as I am stingy.
