This is a silly little combo deck that can be surprisingly powerful. Norin is next to impossible to get rid of once he hits the field the first time, and the rest of the parts are resilient by not being creatures. Basically, you want to assemble Norin the Wary, and any number of Impact Tremors, Genesis Chambers, and Mentor of the Meeks to draw cards, create a huge army, or ping for lethal.

Fun fact: Impact tremors will let you kill planeswalkers.
