I tore this deck apart over a year ago and have not updated anything on here since (the wife wasn't digging the deck anymore, and really only plays Krenko and Captain N'ghathrod these days). I decided to list all of my decks to public so they could be looked at by anyone. Again, this deck has not been updated in quite some time and I am sure there are some massive upgrades that could be had. I do not have this deck anymore so this is just for ideas if anyone is interested in Hapatra as a commander. She is a ton of fun to play!

A few years ago my wife decided to join me in playing EDH and make a deck of her own. Of course she would go the wither/infect/combo route for her first deck lol. Overall it is a pretty strong deck in our meta (very creature heavy). There are lots of ways to go infinite and win outright. It can also go wide and win via beat-down. It seems to hold its own both 1v1 and at a full table.

Brief overview of combos

Devoted Druid + Mikaeus, the Unhallowed --- This combo gives infinite death triggers, infinite green mana, and infinite -1/-1 counter placement. But it requires a haste enabler (i.e. Lightning Greaves ----Praise the Concordant Crossroads reprint coming soon!!!). When either Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons or Nest of Scarabs or Flourishing Defenses are out, we make infinite tokens. With Obelisk Spider or Blood Artist or Zulaport Cutthroat or Bastion of Remembrance or Poison-Tip Archer _or Vindictive Vampire out, it causes your opponents to lose infinite life.

Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Yawgmoth, Thran Physician + two non-human creatures --- This combo works by moving -1/-1 counters between the two non-human undying creatures to cancel their +1/+1 counters. This also works with one non-human creature and something else to make tokens from the -1 counters, such as (Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons or Nest of Scarabs or Flourishing Defenses). Yawgmoth then lets you to dig for (assuming you have the life) Obelisk Spider or Zulaport Cutthroat or Blood Artist or Bastion of Remembrance or Poison-Tip Archer or Vindictive Vampire to kill the table.

Devoted Druid + Ivy Lane Denizen + Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons for infinite snakes and green mana. Replace Hapatra with Flourishing Defenses for infinite elves or Nest of Scarabs for infinite insects.

Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons or Flourishing Defenses or Nest of Scarabs + Blowfly Infestation for infinite tokens entering and dying. Take advantage of this by having Blood Artist or Zulaport Cutthroat or Obelisk Spider or Bastion of Remembrance or Poison-Tip Archer or Vindictive Vampire out to kill the table.

Devoted Druid + Quillspike = Infinite 1/1 snakes (with Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons out) - infinite 1/1 warriors (with Flourishing Defenses out) - infinite 1/1 insects (with Nest of Scarabs out) and/or an infinitely huge porcupine.

Mikaeus, the Unhallowed and Triskelion --- The classic.

The addition of Chatterfang, Squirrel General adds even more now. Things are getting nutty with this guy in here. Also keep in mind that if you have any of the loops of infinitely killing your tokens but no way to drain the table, Dictate of Erebos will make sure your opponents board state will be void of creatures (unless they have a Sigarda, Host of Herons or similar effect). We have ways to deal with those shenanigans though so no biggie.

We run a decent amount of recursion to get our combo pieces back if removed. There are lots of value engines that once get moving are hard to stop. Thanks for taking the time to look at the deck. Feel free to chime in with thoughts or ideas on what you might add/take out.
