A Deck I'm preparing for when M19 drops. Goal is to get 3B drop creatures into pretty strong win conditions.
Turn 1 utilize Divest or Duress to get a sense of what opponent has. Get rid of anything we don't particularly like, or shut down their Turn 1 or Turn 2 drops.
Turn 2 get a Suspicious Bookcase down. This serves as a body, but also preps us for turn 3.
Turn 3 drop either Phylactery Lich or Dread Shade if we feel comfortable that they won't get counter or otherwise exiled/neutered. If you're not ready yet, play another Divest/Duress or even a Murder if theres a creature down you're not fond of. It's critical that we get a sense of what's in their hand and eliminate it, as this deck is built to remove threats before they're cast, not counter them.
Turn 3+ Continue to keep the board clean (or relatively tame) until you feel comfortable putting down bigger creatures.
Once the Lich or Shade are down. You can play Forebear's Blade on the Lich to use him as an attacker and indestructible blocker. Can also use Phyrexian Scriptures to board wipe if things get crowded. Icy Manipulator can help handle any issues that may emerge mid-late game.
Mirage Mirror serves as a fantastic all purpose card too, to handle various enchantments and other evasive creatures.
If you can get to turn 7 or 8, you can use a Cabal Stronghold to activate the bookshelf's ability on the shade and then pump him up to lethal. Can also kick Josu with this later
FEEDBACK APPRECIATED :) Considering what other control artifacts I can put in, and other ways to keep the board clear for Phylactery Lich
