Sideboard

Description Outdated - Eldritch Evolution packaged added to mainboard

My take on SaffronOlive's 4 Color Journey to Eternity   deck from Against the Odds. The basic shell is the same, but we cut a few curve toppers for a better early game, more removal, and the potential to just combo out with Viscera Seer, Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit, and Kitchen Finks. Viscera Seer in particular is great in the deck, as it allows us to sacrifice anything in order to trigger Journey. Due to the prevalence of graveyard hate in the format, we have an adjusted sideboard that allows us to shift to a Eldritch Evolution deck, with another combo in the form of Spike Feeder and Archangel of Thune.

The goal here is to play a Sakura-Tribe Elder on turn 2, followed by a Journey to Eternity   on turn 3 to get Atzal, Cave of Eternity. This is one of the fastest ways to get the engine going. Champion of Wits allows us to draw into our combo pieces while also filling up our graveyard with reanimation targets and Lingering Souls to help us stay alive. Evolutionary Leap allows us to sacrifice our dorks to either find a better card, start a recursion engine with Atzal, or flip Journey for only a G.

Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit and Viscera Seer also combo with Glen Elendra Archmage, allowing us to counter nearly any spell, or spells, as long as we have a way to produce U, but the main use of Anafenza will be to use with Seer and Kitchen Finks in order to gain infinite life.

Renegade Rallier gives us an additional way to get our combo pieces back from the graveyard, and has the added benefit of being able to ramp us if needed by returning a fetchland, or by returning a dead Sakura-Tribe Elder. I have opted to run 2 Sun Titan in place of one and a Grave Titan, as Sun Titan, like Renegade Rallier, allow us to get our combo pieces from the graveyard. Sun Titan also pairs fairly well with Journey to Nowhere itself, being able to attach it to itself from the graveyard to save itself from removal.

Eternal Witness helps us get anything out of our graveyard you don't want there, such as a dead Champion of Wits before we can eternalize, or a Path to Exile / Fatal Push to take care of a threat.

Most of everything else, such as Siege Rhino and Restoration Angel are purely for value. They are threats in their own right, and help us survive long enough to pull everything off.
