I guess if it works then that's that, but I ALWAYS run 27 land in a standard control deck, because one missed land drop early game against most tier one decks out there now is pretty much game. It also makes your rev's and hydras bigger!

Also, I'm not a fan of Render Silent . You usually want them to continue dropping cards so you can either counter more or wipe them next turn. Also it is mana intensive. Syncopate seems easier to cast and strictly better in almost all cases, not to mention flexible, allows you to counter their turn 2 play or stop a Sphinx's Revelation for just 2 mana

i think u need some fogs sideboard incase of pesky agro decks. cause 4 coulor control is usually pretty slow

I would drop Render Silent for Dissolve . No reason to stress your mana-base like that, and the scry power has to be good for a four color deck like this.
Also, I have no idea why you have two Quicken in the sideboard, but that's pretty weak. They only synergize with your four Supreme Verdict in the mainboard. Quicken is one of those cards that you either mainboard, or just don't even run. Consider Ratchet Bomb and Pithing Needle .

Shadow_Fury has it right. I might run one more Dissolve and one less Render Silent . And until it stops working im ok with it (won the last 3 fnm's).

Oh by no means is Render Silent a bad counterspell, but in my opinion it is just sub optimal when compared to Dissolve especially in a 4 color deck. If you need to counter a spell both will work well, but the one time you don't have that single white for Render Silent and you lose the game because of it you'll be beating yourself up. It is your choice though and I could be wrong, but I know I would like to hear the argument for both sides if I was in your shoes

Yeah I understand where your coming from, but I always run into that one guy who thinks they can bait the counter. And Render Silent is a simple NO card, but I might only run one in the deck. Anyways I might scrap the deck when brn drops, because thinking about updates to this deck is going to make my head explode.

it's a nice control deck, but really mistcutter is a sideboard card agains control and mono blue. I would replace it with Sylvan Caryatid . It will make your mana more efficient. His mana fixing is very relevant to this deck.

also by adding the caryatid, your basically gaining 4 mana sources, so furthermore, I would say after adding him in mistcutters place, you could cut 1 island, and 1 aetherling, and add 2 Elspeth, Sun's Champion .

What a interesting version of Esper Control. hehe
God, as blue fanboy how i hate that Mistcutter Hydra . :P
I think your deck is good to go, don't see any suggestion besides Blood Baron of Vizkopa . You have the removals, you have the counters... Maybe add some more counters in sb vs RDW, but overall i don't see much more to do.
+1 from me.
