Original MTG rules didn't have a 4 card limit. This caused degenerate decks to run rampant, my "favourite" being 20 mountains and 40 Lightning Bolt s. while in commander we cannot even have more than 1 duplicate card unless the card states otherwise as card text trumps game rules. Lets introduce Dragon's Approach . So not a competitive deck but a clock for those unoptimized deck and promising an end not to many turns in if left alone. This deck is built around a common card and not a commander so its possible to run as many colors as we like with any commander. I have chosen UR as it still allows the deck to be on a relatively low budget and offers us the card draw utility of blue. The Commander choice follows the same logic, a budget commander Jori En, Ruin Diver .
