First off, the main constraint:
I play in a group that only plays decks that have a price tag of $40.00 or less by TCGPlayer average price.

Given the $40 budget, this is my version of a Red Aggro deck.

Almost all of the creatures have haste and can therefore immediately swing for the face.

If the opponent has creatures in your way, there is plenty of burn to clear the way.
