My personal Tormad and Prava decklist, built on a budget of £60, with some of the most expensive cards being cards you might already have in your collection.

Graveyard filling, powerful recursion, and token generation is the name of the game. With Prava, you can turn your tokens into titanic beaters, aided by the array of token-buffing enchantments. But, there are also sac outlets and other ways to utilise tokens generated by Tormod, as well as alternative ways to generate tokens and create sacrifice fodder.

This deck can be upgraded to be much more potent (as I intend to with time for my personal version), with cards like the alters and various other powerful arisocrats cards such as alter of dementia and bastion of remembrance. Tormod goes infinite VERY easily this way. However, I think the most fun improvements will be keeping away from an arisocrats-style deck and instead going for additional token generations and token buffing-power, otherwise Prava will begin feeling less and less important to the deck.

Oh, and Gravecrawler is probably the third card you want to add, after the altars.

Cards to consider including for a budget:

Blood Artist A very efficient drain effect that definitely makes the cut in a more efficient version of the deck (or if you want to take it in a more aristocrats direction). Same goes for Blood Celebrant and Zulaport Cutthroat. This is where you might consider putting in Teysa Karlov, which usually wouldn't be included in a budget version, due to the increased number of death triggers.

Any dual lands

Upgrades:

Mid-Level Mana Support

Pitiless Plunderer Ashnod's Altar

Mid-Level Combo Enablers

Ravos, Soultender as a replacement for Prava. More resilient, and more effective in a deck that won't need prava's token-generation ability. Also likely a much better commander for an aristocrats strategy. Teysa Karlov (Cheap, but gets a lot better with better combo enablers) Skullclamp Stitcher's Supplier Token generators, such as Pawn of Ulamog, Elenda, the Dusk Rose, Sifter of Skulls and Luminous Broodmoth

Mid-Level Tutors (Like Teysa, budget options get much stronger with high-power cards. Razaketh and Entomb are the real mid-priced pair)

Diabolic Tutor Demonic Collusion Increasing Ambition Razaketh, the Foul-Blooded

Mid Level Finishers

Note: Most of the best finishers are already budget.

Athreos, god of the passage Light-Knights' Conquest

Pricier Mana Generation

Phyrexian Altar

Pricier Tutors

Demonic Tutor Transmute cards (once Phyrexian Altar is in your deck, transmute sees a BIG boost in power, as phyrexian altar enables a ton of infinite combos) Vampiric Tutor Diabolic Intent
