4C Bridgevine

I've been trying to find a version of Bridgevine that has the ability to play through slow starts and bad mulligans.

I've tested out using grisly salvage a lot in a jund version, but I'm not sure it leaves me with utility necessary to control my draws/discarding.

Still developing the sideboard, but the inclusion of izzet charm seems to open up a lot of answers to tricky game 1 matches.
