4dh Muldrotha deck (cards $4> at time of deck creation/card addition. No I don't take out cards that go over, taking out optimal cards already in my decks feels too bad.) The deck is a Primal Surge list, which makes it quite a bit less powerful because of a lack of great reactive removal. The main win is to primal surge the whole deck into play and then draw a card with Jace, Wielder of Mysteries in play, winning the game. Thassa's Oracle was added as a back up win con with primal surge with less utility when drawn during the game, but better recurrability when comboing. Oracle can be brought back by animate dead, cast from hand at instant speed with Vivien, Champion of the Wilds or even cast at instant speed from Graveyard with both Vivian and Muldrotha in play. Journey to Eternity   can also come in off primal surge enchanting a creature that can then be sacced with draw triggers on the stack in order to flip Thassa's Oracle into play when primal surging.
