The Goal:
The purpose of the deck is to overwhelm the opponents by quickly amassing a board state that extremely limits opponent options while vastly increasing your own.
A good first hand is one with a tutor (Demonic Tutor, Vampiric Tutor, Worldly Tutor) or a mana producing Sliver (Manaweft Sliver and Gemhide Sliver). And of course, the mana for them.
For Vampiric, Demonic, and Worldy Tutors always tutor either Gemhide or Manaweft Slivers. Unless you already have one of them in your hand, then I usually keep them around until I need to set up a combo.
For constructing this deck, I'm aware of the cost of many of these items. If you can't afford the Alpha/Beta/Unlimited/Revised Dual lands here, the only acceptable alternative are the Shock lands of the Ravnica and Return to Ravnica blocks. Cards like Overgrown Tomb and Sacred Foundry, that is because these cards also have the subtypes needed to be targeted by the fetch lands in my deck.
Combos:
Infinite Combo #1:
Mana Echoes + Sliver Queen
So, you will need to kick this off. When the Sliver is created Mana Echoes creates for the Slivers in play. Then you use to make another Sliver giving you + . So on so forth. This combo creates infinite Slivers and infinite
Infinite Combo #2:
Basal Sliver + Sliver Queen + Training Grounds
Training Grounds makes Sliver Queen's ability cost and Basal Sliver allows you to sacrifice a creature for . You need to kick of the combo, but then you sacrifice the Sliver for , then you can create two Slivers and you sacrifice them for , you make four more Slivers and so on, so forth. This combo produces infinite Slivers and infinite .
Infinite Combo #3:
Infinite Combo 1/2 + Purphoros, God of the Forge
For every Sliver created this way (which is infinite) Purphoros deals 2 damage to each opponent.
Infinite Combo #4:
Infinite Combo 1/2 + Constricting Sliver
Infinitely exile all creatures your opponent controls.
Infinite Combo #5:
Infinite Combo 1/2 + Darkheart Sliver
Sacrifice your infinite Slivers for infinite life.
Infinite Combo #6:
Infinite Combo 1/2 + Dormant Sliver
Draw infinite Cards for your infinite Slivers. Though, I recommend using Hibernation Sliver's ability to bring him up before you lose the game.
Infinite Combo #7:
Infinite Combo 1/2 + Harmonic Sliver
Use the infinite Slivers to destroy your opponents Artifacts and Enchantments. Though, I recommend using Hibernation Sliver's ability to bring him up before you target your own.
Infinite Combo #8:
Infinite Combo 1/2 + Mindwhip Sliver
Use some of the infinite mana and infinite Slivers to make your opponents discard all the cards in their hands.
Infinite Combo #9:
Infinite Combo 1/2 + Necrotic Sliver
Use some of the infinite mana and infinite Slivers to destroy all your opponents Permanents (Lands, Artifacts, Creatures, Enchantments, Planeswalkers).
Infinite Combo 10:
Infinite Combo 1/2 + Gaea's Cradle
Gaea's Cradle gives you infinite for your infinite Slivers.
Infinite Combo 11:
Infinite Combo 1/2 + Cloudshredder Sliver
All the Slivers created (which is infinite) can attack immediately, while flying as well.
Infinite Combo #12:
Infinite Combo 12 + Sliver Legion
Sliver Legion causes all Slivers to get +1/+1 for every other Sliver in play, and since the combo makes infinite Slivers, all Slivers possess an infinite power and toughness.
Infinite Combo #13:
Infinite Combo 12 + Gemhide Sliver
Infinite Combo 12 + Manaweft Sliver
All the Infinite Slivers can be used to create any color mana needed for other spells.
Infinite Combo #14:
Infinite Combo 12 + Screeching Sliver
You can tap your infinite Slivers to mill all your opponents library into their graveyards.
Infinite Combo #15:
Infinite Combo 12 + Syphon Sliver
Attack with your infinite Slivers and gain infinite life.
Infinite Combo #16:
Infinite Combo 12 + Virulent Sliver
Attack with your infinite Slivers and give your opponents infinite Poison counters.
Combo #1:
Psionic Sliver + Sliver Hivelord
You are able to target damage direct to a creature or player.
Combo #2:
Combo 1 + Venom Sliver
Instantly destroy creatures regardless of power or toughness.
Infinite Combo #18:
Infinite Combo 12 + Combo 1/2
Directly target your opponents with direct damage from the infinite Slivers.
Infinite Combo #19:
Infinite Combo 12-18 + Throne of the God-Pharaoh
Utilize any of the infinite tapping combos and Throne of the God-Pharaoh will deal an infinite amount of damage to each opponent.
Combo #3
Cloudshredder Sliver + Manaweft Sliver
Cloudshredder Sliver + Gemhide Sliver
Excellent Sliver-based mana source.
Combo #4:
Combo 3 + Sliver Overlord
Search your deck for whichever Sliver fits your needs and play it.
Infinite Combo #20:
Combo 4 + Paradox Engine
Play all your Slivers in a single turn.
Infinite Combo #21:
Infinite Combo 20 + Planar Portal
Play all of the cards in your deck in one turn.
Combo #5:
Crystalline Sliver + Root Sliver + Sliver Hivelord
You are untouchable, excepting mass exile.
Combo #6:
Quick Sliver + Seedborn Muse
You are able to cast Slivers on every turn.
Combo #7:
Horned Sliver + Sliver Legion
Fairly self-explanatory how these two cards play off each other.
Combo #8:
Arcane Adaptation + Hibernation Sliver + Riftsweeper
Returning cards from exile.
Combo #9:
Constricting Sliver + The First Sliver
Dormant Sliver + The First Sliver
Harmonic Sliver + The First Sliver
Purphoros, God of the Forge + The First Sliver
In each of these parings, a nice combo is arising about the benefits of The First Slivers cascade addition to my deck.
Combo #10:
Gemhide Sliver + Scuttling Sliver
Manaweft Sliver + Scuttling Sliver
Psionic Sliver + Scuttling Sliver
Screeching Sliver + Scuttling Sliver
Arcane Adaptation + Bloom Tender + Scuttling Sliver
In all these cases, Scuttling Sliver helps redo these abilities, or at least free these Slivers for attacking.
Parting Thoughts
I have a dream of a card named Eldrazi Sliver, which says, "All Slivers have Annihilator 1."
