Upgraded c17 precon. It seems to be winning pretty consistently in my group's meta. You win the game by playing an unnecessary amount of big creatures, or by going off with omniscience + conflux + dragon tempest/scourge of valkas + dragonstorm. Mainly putting this here as a reference if I ever take it apart for whatever reason.
