-The original pay $5 (pay all 5 colors) get a foot long (incredibly powerful spells). Jodah has seen civilizations rise and fall, and has outlasted them all. He arms himself with only the most powerful spells from across the ages. Unleash them, and watch your opponents fall to their knees to a greater power.

-Aggressive Ramp

Get Allara (WUBGR) amongst your color base and get to 9 mana as quick as possible. Do not expect Jodah to stick around for a turn cycle, so 9 mana allows us to play jodah and cast a $5 foot long in the same turn. Can be done with 8 mana via Fist of Suns. Can also be accomplished with 6 mana using Mystical Tutor+Temporal Mastery although that is still slightly susceptible to removal.

Extra lands from hand= Growth Spiral, Eureka Moment, Dryad of the Ilysian Grove, Exploration

Standard mana ramp= Farseek, Cultivate/Kodama's Reach, Migration Path, Chromatic Lantern

• Midgame/Stalling

Unlike most Jodah decks I've seen I focus very little on creatures. Creatures are easier to interact with and I was looking to take a new approach, something that more suited an archmage. Therefore I have no problem blowing up the board consistently as we rarely have a board state

Spot Removal= Maelstrom Pulse, Vindicate, Casualties of War

Board wipes= Damn, Supreme Verdict, Akroma's Vengeance, Merciless Eviction, In Garruk's Wake

Late Game Just win... it's so easy with this deck. The most straight forward win is Enter the Infinite and Omniscience Usually played in the opposite order. Note!! Nexus of Fate allows you to enter the infinite and have unlimited extra turns.

• This deck has a few devastating creatures. I tried to include ones that can have an immediate impact on the board The Tarrasque, Apex Devastator, Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur. Progenitus is just too cool not to include. There are plenty of others out there. I limited the amount of creatures because of the amount of board wipes my deck runs.
• Rise of the Dark Realms is devastating assuming you've been blowing up the board in the mid game. Emergent Ultimatum wins 90% of time--> Choose Omniscience, Enter the Infinite, Time Stretch).
• The most stylish, and on-flavor win is nicol bolas and The Elderspell. Get any 2+ planeswalkers on the board (even our own) and Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God--> use the The Elderspell on all but Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God--> Use the ultimate.
• Door to Nothingness should be in every Jodah deck. You're going to build your mana base to produce 2X WUBRG might as well win for doing so.
