Invigorate is banned in modern. http://magiccards.info/query?q=invigorate&v=card&s=cname . If it wasn't banned every T1 variant of infect would run it as it's objectively better than Might of Old Krosa .

To add to this: Inkmoth Nexus of course. It doesn't decrease the price of the deck that much and makes it way better.

Finding room for +4x Rancor would be good.

Invigorate is in Mercadian Masques and therefore does not make the cut for Modern unfortunately. It's been reprinted twice. Once in commander and another in a theme deck. But neither of those reprintings allow it to make the cut for modern.

I'd suggest swapping them out for Rancor .

Adding 1 copy of Rancor would literally double the price of the deck.

Other very inexpensive options: Titanic Growth Monstrous Growth Explosive Growth

I would replace Predator's Strike with Titanic Growth , probably cheaper and much easier to find, plus better in general

Invigorate's legality via the Gatherer

It was reprinted in a commander set, extra sets aren't technically legal, they are just for fun.

Always check the gatherer if you have questions.
