This is my take on a super-budget wolf deck. Scorned Villager   and Ulvenwald Captive   ramp and provide late-game mana sinks. Paragon of Eternal Wilds, Raised by Wolves, and Arlinn, Voice of the Pack buff. Young Wolf and Wolfir Avenger provide resiliency. Giant Growth, Wolfir Avenger, and Somberwald Alpha add combat tricks. Paragon of Eternal Wilds adds trample. Rabid Bite contributes removal.

If you've got a few extra bucks, there are a lot of relatively cheap upgrades. You could start by subbing Moonlight Hunt for Rabid Bite, Nightpack Ambusher for Paragon of Eternal Wilds, and either Witchstalker, Silverfur Partisan, or Howlpack Resurgence for Sacred Wolf.
