My take on a budget version of the Talrand theme. I like the idea of using cantrips and graveyard to library functions along with massive drawing and cards that give no max hand size.

This is probably meant for a 3-4 player game rather than more.

Counters: Abjure , Annul , Counterspell, Foil, Mana Leak, Negate, Remove Soul , Rewind, Disrupt , Dismiss , Daze , Spell Syphon , Miscalculation , Remand, Interdict, Dissipate, Exclude , Memory Lapse (of those, 5 additionally draw a card)

Other Disuption: Boomerang, AEtherize, Cyclonic Rift, AEtherspouts , Capsize, Mana Short , Inundate , Undo , Void Snare, Wash Out, Snap, Polymorphist's Jest, Deluge , Rebuild

No maximum hand size: Library of Leng, Reliquary Tower, Graceful Adept, Spellbook

Mass Draw: Military Intelligence, Bident of Thassa, Coastal Piracy, Windreader Sphinx, Concentrate, Tidings , Keep Watch

Reusable Graveyard to Library: Quest for Ancient Secrets, Elixir of Immortality

Additional:

Turnabout - Versatile, can be used as a Mana Short or on myself to untap all lands/creatures

Lullmage Mentor - Generates more tokens and can be used to counter things when the board is full enough (which then adds more tokens)
