If I can call them from the sands--those that live beneath the sands--I mean if you can call that living... If I can call them--if they listen then I'm sure they will accept my gift. And then...
...
I feel the moving sand, from deep where the sun's warmth turns cold and damp. They're close. I haven't much time. I know the words. I have the jackal and I will have those it brings. And with them I may summon The Ones.
Then I will know true power.

This is the third iteration of a deck I've been working on. First I tried to make demons work as a tribe, then I saw that Dream Devourer might be an efficient way to get six drops down. That ended up being too janky.
The current version leans into cheap sacrificial creatures that give value when they die. I had my own 1 and 2 drop package going with Serrated Scorpion, Festering Mummy, card draw from Undead Augur, and Dread Wanderer, but as happens sometimes MTG goldfish put out a better list that I just had to adapt.
Feaster of Fools' convoke ability helps get it down as early as turn 3 (Three lands + three 1-drops = 6 mana with Convoke. Sac the 1-drops and Devour 2 gives you a 9/9 flyer. Demon of Catastrophes and Doom Whisperer round out the curve as 6/6 flying tramplers.
Lastly, there's Tragic Slip for removal. I also liked Fungal Infection for light removal with another 1/1 critter to sacrifice as well, but the learn mechanic seems like a more reliable way to get some pests down for sacrificial creatures.
If you like the deck, show some love with a comment or a +1.
