Want to beat the absolute shit out of most pods on a super budget? This deck will, sometimes! Keep in mind with super budget lands and mana rocks you lose some consistency. First thing to upgrade should be adding Enlightened Tutor, then the lands. Everything in this deck will cost around 1 dollar, with a few non-vital cards going as high as $3!

Tl;dr version enchant Brallin with Curiosity / Ophidian Eye, or get Tandem Lookout in play and end the turn either with 8 cards in hand or use Ghostly Pilferer / Tireless Tribe / Guardian of New Benalia with 1-7 cards in hand. Fulfill one of these requirements and you will mill your deck and deal infinite damage by discarding Guile forever. Backup wincons are just swinging with Brallin / Shabrez for lethal the old fashion way.

Deck is designed to be as budget as possible, sacrificing consistency but not speed. Run tap lands over basics if you prefer consistency over speed and are still on a budget. One way or another this deck should win between turn 4 and 6 pretty much every game.

As is now the deck costs ~50 dollars. If you need to go even lower just keep the tutors, Curiosity / Ophidian Eye / Tandem Lookout, the wheels / looting effects and fill in the rest of the deck with whatever RWU commons you have. Should still perform well above its weight class in most metas.

Some cards that could make it in the deck:

Protection - Boros Charm

Looter il-Kor / Magus of the Bazaar / Thought Courier

Infinite Discard - Ghostly Wings / Land's Edge

Highway Robbery is good.

Totem-Guide Hartebeest and Shrine Steward bad but they are Aura tutors so...

Also while these are technically not cantrips they replace themselves and are very efficient. Into the Roil / Blink of an Eye / Arcane Denial

Non-budget additions:

Better lands. Good ETB untapped duals are expensive and actually upgrading the manabase could cost 100 or even more. However it greatly increases deck consistency.

Nexus of Fate - Guile but actually useful.

Enlightened Tutor - Best tutor in White, but very expensive.
