Sideboard

Enchantment (1)

Sorcery (3)

Artifact (3)

A budget Delver deck. This version of the deck has a few more threats than most with a playset of both Dragon's Rage Channeler and Magmatic Channeler alongside Delver. As such, it's often correct to spend your early turns playing threats or cantrips rather than leaving up mana to protect Delver with Mana Leak like in traditional builds. Disrupting Shoal is the deck's budget Force of Negation, and it's the card that lets you get away with tapping out for threats early on.

Upgrades in order of importance are lands (2 Fiery Islet, 2 Steam Vents, 4 Scalding Tarn, 4 Spirebluff Canal), Murktide Regent, Archmage's Charm, Expressive Iteration, Force of Negation, Snapcaster Mage, and Blood Moon for the sideboard.
