Attempting to make a 5c Shrines deck. Sisay, Weatherlight Captain seems to be the obvious choice. Low CMC, +/+ benefit from the Legendary Cards, and the added Tutor mechanic.

Goal is to get your shrines out and let them do their thing!

Plan B is the 2 card combo Demonic Consultation + Thassa's Oracle.

Deck would be better with ABUR Duals, but the cycling lands will work as they cover all the basic land types for fetching. To avoid the ETB Tap tax, crack fetch at end step BEFORE your turn. Additionally, cycling helps if you’re getting flooded with lands.

Since the Shrines are the main theme/focus...I have Raff Capashen, Ship's Mage to give them all Flash, and Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain for card draw and all can be tutor'd with Sisay...plus I threw in all the other good tutors to help get you get your non-legendary cards and Paradox Haze for double upkeep triggers

Some ramp with all the dorks, artifacts and Dockside Extortionist

Protect Sisay with a pair of boots. Protect your shrines with Greater Auramancy and Sterling Grove using Clever Impersonator and/or Estrid's Invocation to copy Auramancy/Grove to then protect themselves.

If they die...get them back with Calix, Destiny's Hand, Nature's Spiral, and Tragic Poet

Use Urza's Ruinous Blast for basically a one-sided board wipe and Cyclonic Rift if you need more.

Heliod's Intervention for Artifact/Enchantment hate…Mortify & Prison Realm for flexability and Arasta of the Endless Web to keep those pesky flyers at bay.

And…some additional fun with taxes Ghostly Prison, Rhystic Study, and Smothering Tithe
