You could switch out the cluestones for signets, like Rakdos Signet , they have one for each guild.

I already have cluestones though. It's not meant to be a real deck so I don't really care about the extra cost and the upside is nice.

I had a similar Idea that I tried to make, Here.

I particularly like cards like Goblin Game , Teferi's Puzzle Box and Riku of Two Reflections for general, all around chaos

I thought about Karona but decided he just did too much. Having the baby sit back threatening to detonate seemed like a better idea.

Hmm. Bloodfire Colossus is a good start. Very baby like. I'd also suggest Doubling Season since you have planeswalkers. Chandra and Koth could instantly pop their large spells. Then I would want to add a Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker

I realize thats a little pricey but what price can you put on perfect chaos?

If Child of Alara has to go to the graveyard for it's effect to happen, does it ever get to? I though in EDH the General went to the command zone if they were killed and don't actually get put into the graveyard. Or am I completely incorrect?

The rules basically state "you MAY" put your general in the command zone instead of the graveyard or exile. This gives its controller the choice of wiping the board or not. I guess I do need something to exile it from the graveyard so I can play it again when I want to... Relic of Progenitus may work...

Okay. Thanks for clearing that up! With it as your commander, it works nicely. Your opponent will never know what you're planning to do.

Confusion in the Ranks is a beautiful card for causing chaos.
