If this deck is competitive, you need sideboard dude :/

I would not play taplands in stompy deck, it can cost you games.
And without taplands you could consider even cutting one land.
Aspect of Hydra Couuld be replaced with Blossoming Defense and then if you do that you could cut few Vines of Vastwoods and play one more of Nettle Sentinel and Scavenging Ooze, just to be little bit more mana efficient with pump spells.
And sideboard is seriously important, you should never play Modern without it.
Edit, Tappedout bugged my another comment somehow, it should not be there.

Add $40, Add Collected Company. All your creatures happen to be cmc 3 or less.

Your deck is very good and is really similar to something I made a while back, check this out and compare.Mono Green StompyYou need to take out your Dismember's, Nettle Sentinel's and put in some Oran-Rief, the Vastwood's, and Experiment One's.
You should use your Oran-Rief with Experiment One to generate double tokens as he comes back into play and keep him alive this way. This land should be a basis around pretty much everything you're playing, it's a must have.

I built your deck a few months ago and also found something very similar on mtggoldfish.com, so thanks for the fun. But after play-testing, I put in 2x Primordial Hydra & 2x Ghalta, Primal Hunger for big mana sinks or beat-down opportunities I put 1x Growing Rites of Itlimoc in my build for opportunity ramp and card delving. In my sideboard I threw in 4xSlippery Bogle for burn, 4xSpider Umbra for spirits or board wipe, 2x Naturalize, 1x Dryad Militant (3 in mainboard).
Instead of Dungrove Elder I went with Lumberknot. The play is that you're avoiding creature arbitrage that way and pumping it with your dorks that you can chump block with. I also left in 3x Oran-Rief, the Vastwood and 15 Card: Forest

60$.
Could you put in a couple Nylea's Disciple for anti-burn? Lead the Stampede is also pretty insane. Ripjaw raptor is good for card advantage and it has a butt that's hard to beat.

Hey man love this deck, check out my non-budget version. Competitive Mono Green Midrange Stompy Feedback welcome!! Also, if you ever want to upgrade you can look at some of my options, I do love your list also.

I get what everyone is saying here, but as a STOMPY deck, you should only have 2 taplands at MAX. Treetop Village is strictly better for stompy than Oran-Rief, the Vastwood. Also, you should lose Nettle Sentinel and look for at least one Rhonas the Indomitable and at least one Prowling Serpopard. Your curve should end at 3, but if you NEED a closer, Surrak, the Hunt Caller is a great finisher, but your 4cmc spells should be limited to one, MAYBE two. 19 is about the right number of lands, but I think 3 Dismember is not optimal. Maybe lose one for a single Nature's Way or Prey Upon. As for your sideboard, you should look at cards like Thrun, the Last Troll, Choke, Back to Nature, Beast Within, Natural State, Dungrove Elder, Creeping Corrosion, and others.
As a starting point, I recommend the Green Stompy primer on MTGSalvation, and Alexander Feige's stompy list.

Steel Leaf Champion is a direct upgrade to Leatherback Baloth. It may be worth running some combination, however I can see that you want to keep your curve low.

Second everything iischris wrote. That's sound advice.

It's been a while since I commented here, so I'll give you some advice.
Cut a Treetop Village for one more Forest, curve is needed and treetop is only useful turns 3+ anyway, which really means it's your post wrath plan or the extra kick to win, nothing more.
Since you are in Mono-Green, you are really just trying to goldfish the opponent if you are playing competitively. Which means that i'd personally cut a Dismember, and go for another pump based spell even. you could also go for a Prey Upon or something if you wanted to.
You are stompy, which means you play Steel Leaf Champion over Leatherback Baloth. I know that it is a bit more expensive because of standard, but it is infinitely better. The reasons are becuase it can't be chump blocked by small creatures until the end of time. It runs over Young Pyromancer and Dark Confidant, and it has 5 power, which makes it even easier to get the turn 4 kill this deck wants to have.
Nettle Sentinel seems alright, but you already have decent one-drops to play. I'd consider playing a Rhonas the Indomitable as he's just too good to pass up in this deck.
If you are going to say this deck is great for budget, either include a sideboard that fits the deck, or mention one in the description so people wanting to play it have an idea of what to play.
Cheers!

I don't know how much any of the cards I'm about to talk about are but I know when I went into my first modern tournament with my old standard deck after tweaking it was a solid deck and was fun as hell for me. Did it top 8 hell no... Well it did a few times but it's not like that
Dungrove Elder > Leatherback Baloth
The only thing baloth has going for it is the 4/5 on turn two. Dungrove has hex proof and honestly can easily match a goyf. In a turn or two and gets bigger. Strangleroot geist you already play but he's just all around good and he's comes back lol. Vengevine is always good if you have a fair and reasonable amount of creatures to revive him. Garruk primal hunter is just great in standard I used to have a dungrove elder and by the time I played garruk made a 3/3. Next turn draw cards from dungrove's power and usually after that you had more that enough to win.
Rancor is always nice but again I don't know the $$$

As i've seen a few others mention, Dismember seems a little strange here. I'd rather see more copies of Prey Upon if your meta has creatures you need to kill (presumably just combo decks?) Generally though, I haven't typically seen mono-green running any removal at all (at least mainboard). I'd also advise the full playset of the Aspect of Hydra - those cards are busted and just seem too valuable not to pass up.

I seriously love this deck. It annihilates Tron and UW control 90% of the time. Have you considered playing Pendelhaven as a 2-of?
October 24, 2018 6:11 p.m.
vortexgrey I will consider Pendelhaven. It might be a bit costly, and wouldn't be a huge buff to the deck, but it is worth considering.

@TreeGobo, it only adds a few bucks, but it can spice up an otherwise unremarkable Experiment One or Pelt Collector. Speaking of which, why play only 2 Pelt Collector and 4 Experiment One instead of 3 and 3?
October 24, 2018 7:58 p.m.
Is Kalonian Tusker really better than just two more Pelt Collectors in this deck? It's nearly guaranteed to be the larger creature by the time you start attacking and it gives itself Trample over time. The lower CMC is just icing on the cake. It also supports Avatar of the Resolute better. Sure, they're nearly $3/ea, but that still keeps you with a $20 window before you hit your $100 budget.

Narnam Renegade ? It may be ideal if you can force a fetch or two into the deck, despite budget constraints. Still, it will land as a 2/3 deathtouch most of the time on account of the fetches other decks play/heavy removal suite.

What did you most recently update? Weren't there Kessig Prowler Flips in the main deck before? Sorry, haven't seen an update in 2019 yet, but noticed it changed. I liked the prior decklist and hadn't gotten a chance to build it yet. I'm curious what got switched out and why. Sorry if I missed something you wrote somewhere already.
April 11, 2019 11:48 a.m.
keinsteinkenten I just had Kessig Prowler as the icon for the deck. I haven't had them in the deck since I first made it. I most recently replaced the Kalonian Tuskers for Pelt Collector. Thank you for your continued interest in the deck.

Fun deck on a budget. I have a similar one linked below. How are you liking Pelt Collector?
Maybe Bow of Nylea or Shapers' Sanctuary in the side
Green Stompy is my deck like this that i have built

willis1234 Good idea, I have two lying around myself; had forgot about them for a while. Only problem is that if someone wanted to buy this deck fresh, it would cost a good amount more with Nykthos.
