A budget $60 USD modern blue-red deck built around Pyromancer Ascension and possibly Young Pyromancer. Looking to maybe expand to include a sideboard to be up to $15

As many of my friends are just now getting into magic I am looking to showcase some of the broader colour strategies and open their brewing minds without having to subject them to painful decks to play against. While storm would probably be the best home for pyromancer's ascension, casting Grapeshot or Empty the Warrens could turn them off.

I've played on and off for many years, mostly modern (merfolk), commander and cube but have favoured creature-heavy or graveyard-based strategies in the past, so this is relatively new to me too.
