A friend of mine has a version of this deck that has 80 forests, somehow gets out Primal Surge, has one other non-permanent, then plays (most of) his deck, including huge creatures, Helix Pinnacle and most of his lands--the mana in it is virtually limitless.

It makes for a very good ramp/shenanigan deck

Orpheus Primal Surge+Helix Pinnacle could be fun. I'll add that to the sideboard.

How about Heartbeat of Spring? It's Rites of Flourishing sans drawing cards. Also if you have so much mana, Why not pour it into an Everflowing Chalice to power out that Helix Pinnacle even faster.

Also Skyshroud Claim is a ramp spell that gives you your forests untapped if yo need more ramp spells.

Coinman1863 Thanks for the feedback! I'll try to find a place for Heartbeat of Spring, but Chalice is win-more (or in this case ramp-more) and Claim isn't really what I want to be doing, though it would be useful in a less eccentric ramp deck.

Tagging MAGESTIC_LLAMA. It's basically beyond help though.

Thanks for the suggestion ninjaman16782. That would work fine.

Oracle of Mul Daya: faster land play

Wood Elves: Forest straight into play untapped.

Nissa, Worldwaker: perfect the whole concept of your deck!

@snotice Nissa works great, the Wood Elves isn't really so good here though, and Oracle is something I'll need to think about.

Thanks for your comment on my deck. I just had to suggest Rites of Spring for this deck: it turns a seven-card hand into a Sasaya flip!

WolfWalrus I'll look into cutting something. Thanks for the card.

Cool deck. Some creature options you might want to consider Cultivator Colossus for a beater, Wild-Field Scarecrow can act as a second Armillary Sphere, Ashaya, Soul of the Wild can help combo for infinite mana with Magus of the Candelabra.

With all the excess mana you're going to be making Jinxed Choker, Goblin Cannon, Rocket Launcher, and Magma Mine are pretty tempting to one shot an opponent.

Protection for your commander can come in a few forms. You're already running a great one, That Which Was Taken. Tyrite Sanctum, can give your commander indestructible. Heroic Intervention can help as well. If you're worried about targeted exile cards like Tamiyo's Safekeeping, Autumn's Veil, and Veil of Summer can help protect.
