Meren of Clan Nel Toth EDH 75% competitive Meren EDH list. This is the current list I'm running which I'll be upgrading as I go. So, it's on the budget side for now. This is a combo wincon deck via either Protean Hulk line or Necrotic Ooze . Gameplan is too accelerate via mana dorks and artifact ramp, tutor and work through deck to find combo pieces, and interact only when someone impedes your plan. Graveyard hate is the enemy—specifically Bojuka Bog as there are few ways to interact with a land entering the battlefield. Play your game anticipating fighting through/playing around counterspells and removing graveyard hate.

Protean Hulk
With a sac outlet on board (likely in the form of Phyrexian Tower or High Market ), sac Protean Hulk , tutor up Phyrexian Delver and an infinite sac outlet creature like Viscera Seer or Carrion Feeder , bring Hulk back to the battlefield, sac it a second time to tutor for Mikaeus, the Unhallowed and Walking Ballista . At this point you can inifinitely ping with Ballista to kill the table.

Necrotic Ooze
There are several ways to enable this line. The easiest would be to Buried Alive for Necrotic Ooze , Phyrexian Devourer , and Triskelion . Reanimate Ooze to the battlefield, ping the table to death. This is a more versatile line that can be achieved a variety of ways. Slightly less streamlined but more flexible. The rough total CMC of the entire deck is 176, so it is relatively likely that you can find 120 CMC worth of damage to ping via Devourer counters. For it to fizzle would mean the entire table is full health and you've already spent 56+ mana (an unlikely combination of scenarios).
