Sorry, man, I'm not at all qualified to comment on EDH decks, so you'll have to settle for a +1. Cool Commander, though, never seen him before.

Bringer of the white dawn is not legal in this deck as it's colour identity is wubrg.
Otherwise looks good.

Try Coalition Relic for some great ramp!

Coalition Relic won't do much for me. It's made for mana fixing, not so much mana ramp. Most of my deck lies within the 1-4 mana range so ramp wouldn't be even needed. Not to mention it's $5 for an Alloy Myr that can make an extra mana every other turn if you don't use it the turn before.

I'm sure its not necessary but Platinum Angel ? It's a personal favorite of mine and it could possibly help. Also, what about Mycosynth Golem and Mycosynth Lattice , they're not the most efficient for your deck, however if you're throwing down artifacts as often as I suspect you do, they could come in handy.

The Golem won't be much use without the Lattice, since I only have 3 Artifact Creatures. I have been contemplating the Lattice on it's own, however. The Angel I don't want to use because anything that involves straight up winning/making people lose/being unable to lose feels cheap to me.

If I were to put in the Lattice, what should I take out?

I'd say defy death or angel of glory's rise. Side note, with Lattice on the field soulscour is useless

I have a few suggestions here. Argivian Archaeologist , Argivian Find . I also do not see very much ramp or draw, and those are two of the most important things in EDH to me. Citanul Flute , Sol Ring , Thran Dynamo , Marble Diamond , Candles of Leng , Mind's Eye , Tithe , Weathered Wayfarer . I hope this helps out. When building EDH I try to concentrate on ramp, draw, win cons.

The two Argivian cards are exactly the kinds of things I'm looking for.

Ramp usually isn't much of a concern to me, especially in mono-colored decks. However, the Marble Diamond and Sol Ring would be useful, maybe Thran Dynamo as well. Land Tax does enough in the lands department, because there's not many enchantment hate cards played in my group.

I do like the Mind's Eye for card draw. What do you suggest I take out for these cards?

Rusted Relic , Shuko , Slagwurm Armor , Summoner's Egg , O-Naginata --love the card, just not really a great fit for this deck, Vorrac Battlehorns

Taking as many of those lands as possible without breaking the bank, I still want it under $250.

I understand budget stuff. The main ones I thought you should have is the Emeria, artifact lands, and buried ruin. The others are just good. I tried to keep my suggestions pretty budget, but that artifact guy from antiquities was just too good to leave out.

Yeah. I'll keep him in mind for after I build the deck so I can make the gradual tweaks to it.

How far along are you on acquiring these cards?

Open the Vaults , Dust to Dust maybe. Sorry, I just keep thinking of things.

Not very far on getting them, of the more expensive cards I have Sword of Light and Shadow , Sol Ring , and Land Tax . Another one of my friends runs a Sharuum deck, so I'm going to pass on Open the Vaults , we both know how that'd end up. Dust to Dust though might be worth using.

Silverblade Paladin is probably worth a slot in here.

Might be. One of my friends has a copy so I might be able to trade it off of him.

Its pretty cheap. Only a couple of bucks and it's genuinely useful. Can turn your unblockable tails into twice the threat.

How about Stonehewer Giant ? He's in my 8.5 tails EDH deck and is a blast with the right equipment.

Burnished Hart and Solemn Simulacrum are good ramp options.

Eternal Dragon is a great utility card. Early game, it gives you a land drop. Late game, it's a fat, flying back-up creature to hold Equipment.

Stoneforge Mystic and Stonehewer Giant are the best Equipment tutors ever printed.

Weathered Wayfarer keeps you from falling behind on land. Can tutor for nonbasics.

Batterskull is an amazing Equipment. Plays like a creature and offers a great boost.

Fireshrieker offers double strike.

Reconsider Sword of Feast and Famine . It's absolutely worth it for the land untapping. Gives you plenty of mana for Eight-and-a-Half-Tails ' abilities during your opponents' turns.

Caged Sun doubles your White mana.

Trading Post is a great utility card for artifact-based decks.

One of White's strengths is it's sweepers. All Is Dust is a board nuke that spares your Equipment. Austere Command is a versatile sweeper. Day of Judgment and Wrath of God are efficient creature sweepers. Terminus tucks.

Remember the Fallen is a great 2-for-1 recursion spell.

Path to Exile and Swords to Plowshares are White's best creature removal spells.

Oblation is a catch-all tuck spell.

Return to Dust is an amazing 2-for-1 artifact/enchantment removal spell.

Kor Haven deters attackers.

Mikokoro, Center of the Sea is a great card draw engine. White is the worst colour at card draw and this keeps your hand from being empty.

Mistveil Plains tucks cards from your graveyard. Great synergy with Stonehewer Giant , tutorable with Eternal Dragon , and counts for Emeria, The Sky Ruin .

Rogue's Passage makes a creature unblockable. Comes in handy.
