Me? I'm Old School. And I'm getting into this 93/94 style like it's no body's business.
This is right up my alley because it's exactly when I started playing - just after The Dark, right before Fallen Empires. Though I like Eternal Central's rules that allow Revised, Fallen Empires, Chronicles, foreign card and Collector's Edition because, hey, that was all available in the wild year of 1994.
Speaking of Collector's Edition, the
Mox Pearl
,
Mox Jet
and
Chaos Orb
are all square corner, gold border goodies because I have a toddler and I'm not made of money.
But this is my jam and I play it every chance I get.
Gonna test this for a bit. While the Strip Mines worked in some games, not having the aggro option of Mishra's Factory hurt, especially in match-ups against black decks running Knights. And while City of Shadows is cute with Preacher it's dead on the board otherwise or when Preacher gets whacked.
Also tweaked the sideboard. Less artifact hate, an extra CoP Black and Red and a couple Army of Allah for that extra punch.
