This is an experimental modern deck that runs similar to that of a Nekusar, the Mindrazer deck. Unfortunately, Nekusar isn't legal in modern.

The goal of this deck us to repeatedly wheel and get a bunch of punishing triggers to drain your opponent with cards like Underworld Dreams, Fate Unraveler, Fell Specter, and Megrim.

One of the potential Win-con in the deck is Whispering Madness. When you pair a card like that with Blighted Agent which is unblockable, you can just get a whole buttload of draw and discard triggers.

Just in case you're forced to discard some powerful pieces with your wheels, cards like Zombify and Reccolection.
