Hey I like it. It's not 60 cards but whatever, it looks fun and well thought out. I don't think you need 2 gutter grime, you could cut one. I think you could lose the sheltered aerie as well, it's not a great card. Satyr Wayfinder might find a place in your deck.

I also see a lot of 2 ofs in your deck, and the only cards that are more than 2 are negate and zombify. Seems fun for casual play. Any reasoning on this?

Thanks for the feedback, dahhahm. There are so many 2-ofs because I am rather indecisive when it comes to deciding what to put in and what to leave out. In fact, one of the reasons I posted this deck is to get suggestions on what 2-ofs to remove and what to make 3- or 4-ofs.Satyr Wayfinder is a good suggestion, but I went with Armored Skaab because it has the 4 toughness need to get life from Sultai Flayer when it dies. I figure I'll replace Sheltered Aerie with Axebane Guardian or another Splinterfright and Flayer. What do you think?

This is a cool idea for a deck, and I have some thoughts on what changes could be good for it.

You could make this deck a fair bit stronger by cutting down on, or removing, blue and creating a B/G centered deck. It would be a lot more consistent, easily making it possible to cut down to 60 cards as well as not having mana issues pop up often.

If you want to keep blue, Mana Leak would be really good, buying you enough time to drop a 3 or 4 drop creature. Tasigur, the Golden Fang would be awesome in these colours. Other delve spells would work too - Gurmag Angler, Hooting Mandrills and Murderous Cut being really cheap Delve cards. Grisly Salvage is incredible with Delve cards, and easily lets you power out a turn 3 Gurmag Angler or Tasigur, the Golden Fang.

Evolving Wilds can work as a cheap fetchland, and I think it would be better than Opulent Palace no matter your colours, as it can fuel you graveyard and the land comes in tapped regardless. Treetop Village is great too, as it gives you a way to win the game when you don't have a creature, as well as being able to be found off of a Grisly Salvage (plus it taps for a green).

Having a sideboard of 15 cards is really useful too, even in casual games (for when your buddy has that 1 card that severely hampers you, such as Rest in Peace). Cards like Dispel, Duress, Feed the Clan, Golgari Charm, Memoricide, Naturalize, Negate, Pulse of Murasa and Rain of Tears give you ways to win games you wouldn't otherwise stand a chance in.

Some slightly more expensive, but still relatively cheap, cards to consider are: Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver, Dismember, Languish, Thragtusk, and Scavenging Ooze.

There's a lot of powerful things you can do with graveyard interaction, so find something you like and focus on building around a solid strategy.

Sidisi, Brood Tyrant would be good here, better than the soothsayer

i would remove the kiora for something that better fits the deck. Bloodsoaked Champion fits the theme and speeds up the deck

Love the deck and I plan to upvote, however, there are a few changes that I would definitely recommend.

First of all, Gnarlwood Dryad is only powerful with delirium, I would remove it, as the chance to activate that is relatively low. As OrleansMTG said, I would add some delve, if only for the purpose of further applying your graveyard to use. Finally, I would recommend subbing in a Spelltwine for the sake of using non-creature spells in your graveyard.
