This is my Izzet Tutelage deck. I was recently dragged back into MTG by my local shop, and this is what I have so far as the cards I have gotten for my deck. Help and/or suggestions are much appreciated! I'm not on the highest budget but don't let that deter you from making certain suggestions.

The main goal of the deck is to either A. Mill out the opponent Or B. Burn the opponent to death I haven't done anything with the deck besides play testing so far, which shows that it usually starts slow and then goes through a sort of snowball effect and the buildup of momentum slides it into victory.
