A complete guide to why Razaketh should be banned

Commander / EDH Combo Demons Mono-Black

Smileycorp

Do you hate having friends?

Do you like "consistant" combos that require an immediate one turn answer or cause a game loss?

Come on down to Razaketh's cult, a place where you and 31 other members can become part of a glorious uprising that will make our master proud.

The Combo

Let's get right down to buisness on how our master's plans will be acheived.

Razaketh, the Foulblooded comes down on turn 8 or even earlier, and his arrival spells doom for all enemies, unless they can find themselves a counter.

By the time he comes down, you should have at least 2 Shadowborn Apostles out, at which point you can activate Razaketh twice to tutor for. Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx and Thrumming Stone.

As long as he hits the battlefield you should be fine with the combo.

Next, unless you have an ubsurd amount of mana, you give each opponent a single turn to frantically dig for an answer for what is to come (Which they usually do not see coming).

Upon your next turn you play Nykthos and cast Thrumming Stone. Then cast a Shadowborn Apostle.

You will now be able to cast every apostle in your deck, which increases your devotion to black.

Then pay a single black mana and sacrifice six apostles to tutor for Rune-Scarred Demon, which in turn gets Torment of Hailfire this is your main finisher.

The alternative finisher is to recast Razaketh if he died, then tutor and cast your entire deck twice, using Yawgmoth's Will, then Tendrils of Agony.
