Enchantment (1)

History

I'll always remember the first time I found out about Commander/EDH back in 2010, from that day forward I wanted to build a Scion deck. This deck is my personal favorite, while not competitive this deck has been a work of passion for this format. My meta requires some options to end games or end a specific player rather quickly hence the Moltensteel package. This deck poses the question, “What do you do when every creature is a win condition?”

The Game Plan

The game play is simple, rather trying to win by going wide or with a combo, build your resources! This is a game of ramp when playing this deck, as you want to be at 8 mana as fast as possible and in as many colors as possible. The mana base is limited as I am not currently in a place where I can or should drop a thousand on lands, but in most cases this leads to a balanced game where you dont get color screwed often. Basic plays are to dump dragons in the graveyard to reanimate and or just cast them as you see fit, as each one could be a potential issue that must be dealt with. Other options include but are not limited to use the double trigger of Scion to kill via Infect or General Damage. Most everything is pretty simple here, don't waste answers and make sure your committed to playing politics to make your giant dragons seem less like an obvious threat.

Combo and Synergies

Scion -> MoltenSteel -> Atarka/Skithiryx= One Hit Kill

Kolaghan/Karrthus+ mass reanimate= Hasty flaying death

Scorge of Valkas+ ETB triggers= massive damage

Scion + Scroll Rack= Shuffling away bad hands for 3 mana.
