Things are getting out of hand. Crime runs rampant across this land(base), and if that weren't already bad enough, there's a big storm brewing. Batten down the hatches because Marchesa is in town, and she's loaded with Grapeshot.

We have many ways to commit crimes in this deck. Lands like Hammerheim, Forbidden Orchard, Shizo, Shinka, Maze of Ith and Rishadan Port can net you card advantage, letting you keep a full hand of counter magic and cheap removal until you're ready to storm out with Birgi, Urabrask, Storm-Kiln Artist and friends.

Stormsplitter and Phyrexian Altar can become an absolute menace, especially if you can wheel into a reanimate spell for Terror of the Peaks. Fill your opponent's graveyards with Teferi's tutelage and Jace's erasure (which also trigger Marchesa's ability) to pick them clean with Command the Dreadhorde and single-target reanimation.

There are more than a few lines to victory. You can overwhelm your opponents with reanimated threats, kill them with Aetherflux Reservoir, bash with token generation, Capsize or Brain Freeze them, or simply have them concede when you resolve a Yawgmoth's Will.

This deck is mean, nasty, oppressive, and so much fun to play that it should be a crime.
