I agree with you both, I really wanted her in the deck at any number, price isn't an issue for me. I say we work on finding a spot for at least a 3 of.

-1 Grisel, -1 Kolaghan's. I'm not sure what else, but that's 2 spots at least.

-3 Kolaghan's Command from mainboard, +3 Liliana of the Veil, -3 Surgical Extraction from sideboard, +3 Kolaghan's Command in sideboard

If I do it how you suggest I would remove 1 Goryo's Vengeance as well

Nvm, I'm already only at a 3 of Goryo's Vengeance for some reason. I would have to dump 1 Lotleth Troll, that's the only swap that makes sense and I'm ok with a 2 of Kolaghan's Command here.

Maybe keep one surgical extraction, you never know when that card is gonna be super useful. Like against Snaps or Geist, or Bloodghast.

Yeah I think you can afford to go down to 3 Grisels, the last thing you want is your hand to be flooded with an 8 cost creature, that's bound to happen if you have 3.

I agree, I think I'm pretty solid here with the board I have.

I love this deck idea. I played around with a jund variation of griselbrand but it was not working for me. So i revamped my deck into a Grixis Griselbrand with Jace Vryn Prodigy. Since then It has been doing wonders. Love this deck plus 1 for sure. Check out my grisel decks

Love the Safe Haven addition! That'll be a great combo with your Grisel. Life from the Loam is also a great card and works perfectly with the combo. I'm not as sure about Borborygmos, yeah he has trample and combos with your stuff but I think it might take away from the consistency. I'm not sure, I guess I would have to see it in action, I'm just a little skeptical, I think there are cheaper mana cost options that do similar things. I would just much rather have a 4th Lili than a big 8 cost Cyclops. You could even run Primeval Titan if you're going heavier on the land combos.

Probably another Loam will be best for consistency. Lili isn't gonna help your combo as much. It could go either way though, maybe start with Loam and if you don't like it then go full on Lili playset.

Yeah I went a second Loam already, help to grab one early and get mana/graveyard interactions going faster.

This deck has some surprising similarities to my Jund Seismic Frog deck. Although mine is focused far more on the reanimation and land aspects, and is less jund goodstuff'ish.

Maybe you could get some inspiration! For instance, Raven's Crime is one of the best cards with Life from the Loam. Against a control matchup, getting Raven's Crime + Life makes the game pretty much unwinnable for your opponent.
