I have budget mill deck that served its purpose which was to be a casual deck to use for matches before FNM. Now i am wanting to take the mill deck to the next level. Grixis control/Mill seems like a good bet to make this work. One of the best part is that i can also play alot of my opponents deck from exile. the side board needs some help so please let me know what you all think
Breaking / Entering - by far one of the best mill cards there is and with Chandra's ultimate i could triple cast it
Dimir Charm
- options, counter and i can control what my opponent draws
Crypt Incursion
- this card has saved me countless times, mid to late game huge life gain
Grisly Spectacle
- expensive kill spell but also has a good pay off when it gets rid of fatties
Mind Grind
&
Reap Intellect
+ Crypt Ghast & Realmwright = huge mill because the synergy between Crypt Ghast & Realmwright is amazing for (x) cost mill cards
Psychic Strike - easy counter for control and it also gives a quick mill
consuming aberation - pretty much a no brainer for mill deck
Planeswalkers:
Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver and Jace, Memory Adept seem to be great for mill and control we will see how ashiok works outs through play testing
Ral Zarek - he gives the tap/untap option, can deal damage, and the off chance of more turns and more turns in milling are a blessing
Liliana of the Dark Realms
- she helps pull out swamps for the Ghast Wright combo and she can hit some removal.
