this deck aint goin for mill... its goin for damage XD via aetherling the draws are indeed mana intesive, but are instant so i have the option to cast one of my many removal spells, or draw spells on their turn, this is a reactive deck not a mill deck :P thanks for the input though!

If you want card advantage replace Inspiration and Opportunity with Read the Bones or Divination . Also you are running too much removal mainboard. Hero's Downfall is good an all, but its more of a 2 of. Take an additional 2x Doom Blade or Ultimate Price not 3 of each. Against non-creature heavy decks all that removal will become dead draws.

@ 3 CMC Pilfered Plans is a better choice over Divination same draw but you also kill 2 cards... And yeah I agree with too much Hero's Downfall

Pilfered Plans best card draw you can get in Dimir, your draw cards are way too mana intensive. You have alot of removal, too much I think, I would recommend more counter magic, Psychic Strike would be better in that departmend. I would remove 3x Hero's Downfall and 1x Inspiration for a playset of Psychic Strike and I would also remove 3x Opportunity for 3x Pilfered Plans Check out my current standard format Dimir deck Mill Monstrosity give it a testplay! +1s are always welcome! +1 from me Dimir brother!
