How are people dealing with problem decks like God Pharaohs Gift and Approach?

Having seen how Torrential Gearhulk works alongside Vraska's Contempt I put together a blue black control shell with some Gods and Nicol Bolas as finishers.

Let me know if there are any cards that have been serving you well if you play a similar deck. And if you have played against a similar deck and your eyes rolled as you scooped to a card I'm not playing...let me know what that card was?

UPDATE 1: Champion of Wits was rarely helpful. I'd often have to discard lands/cards that I wanted to cast. The cards in the graveyard aren't worth it, and discarding removal feels so bad!

The Scorpion God has also moved to the sideboard as it is too lacking against a large proportion of the my meta's decks. But it's a huge threat and is back in the main!!!

Consign has proven in testing to be VERY good, against control the ability to cast two cards for the price of one is AWESOME advantage. And being able to oblivion on draw step with gearhulks is Great! From 0 to 2 to 4 copies main!

arguel's bloodfast felt SO good at FNM against the control match up. I never had to worry about my life total because I always had removal. My final hand against a UB Scarab Control deck contained two essence scatters, a never and vraska's contempt and a gearhulk thanks to the draw power!

Update 2: The games have been going well so far. My sideboard and main board has had to adapt towards God Pharaohs Gift which is the only deck that is taking wins off me. With 4 Duress and two negate I look forward to our next game.

Angrath and Arch of Orazca are new and I have only played one match with them. Game one Angrath stole the match away and game two he did the same thing. Angrath can definitely stay for now.

The arch replaced a field of ruin as I found I had a space for a colourless tool land and the field wasn't being utilised much at all.

Finally, and the Scorpion God is back in the deck as I found the repeatable threat was worth it against control game one and the card just feels too good not to run. It is not a second Scarab God because opponents are using lost legacy to strip threats at the moment. As long as this is remains the "go-to-tech" I will continue to use diverse threats.
