The Faceless One is a unique commander, that by all means should not work however, with the usage of Umori, the commander becomes viable. Only two other legendary enchantment creatures exist that cover the Golgari colors. Neither are as impressive as the background Scion of Halaster/Cultist of the Absolute imo. No other background commander can even touch Umori, making The Faceless One the only option for this reanimation deck. While Umori makes for a fine commander themselves, you won't get immediate access to the Scion/cultist background making this debatably good. With the backgrounds fueling your graveyard, you can consistently reanimate, and go blow for blow with most casual commander decks. The maybeboard includes cards that went above my budget of around 100$. P.S. I've always wanted to have the Faceless One as a competent commander simply because of the challenge and I guarantee you, no one expects the Faceless One.
