Well it is just a gathering of some cool legendary gals and dudes basically. No real strategy there also no big synergies just followed some basic patterns.

The creature base is progenitus, plus a creature of each and every color combination. These Legends are not chosen for any synergy or on raw power alone but also need to be a bit cool as well (so Elesh Norn wins over Avacyn and Arcanis over Teferi or Jin Gitaxias).

1 Colorless 5 Single Color 10 Dual Color 10 Triple Color 1 Five Color (which is Progenitus)

Also this deck is a perfectly fine reason to include Heroes' Podium :)

The Honden Cycle is included and the deck is limited to 5 Planeswalkers which must be multicolored on top. I do not recommend playing this in a 1v1 Commander game as it will get crushed.

Now if someone could write a Story of how Progenitus got all these guys together for some fun party (maybe involving the Maelstrom Nexus)......
